Shamal George Profile

Local lad Shamal has been at Liverpool's academy since the age of 11.

He was the regular goalkeeper in the Under 18's side.

In the summer of 2017 he moves to League 2 Carlisle United for a loan period but played on only a handful of occasions and was not the first choice keeper for the Cumbrians.

He returned at the end of his loan in January 2018.
